A simple little tale about one of the many planets taken over by the Daleks in their quest to own all of reality in all of time, especially given how the play on words for this particular version of the fairy tale is that the Forcefield to protect the Emperor Dalek is invisible, or rather, the new one to protect him, the experimental model, that the Rebels had no clue in modifying to try and scare away the Daleks from their home.
For what this particular Fairy Tale was, to use it as a forcefield is a brilliant cover, and keeping with the original tale, and the Dalek usage was right out of left field for it, although not the Emperor Dalek, in keeping with the name.
